Carl Gustawson; restaurateur with thirty years of professional experience. Carl comes from the northern part of the archipelago, where he also finds his inspiration. His great interest is combining food and drinks. On board you will get to try some of Carl's special spice-mixtures.
Niclas Tapani; head chef.
After many years of working on board large ships with international cooking, he longed for the Stockholm archipelago. Niclas has a passion for using primary products from the archipelago.
