Anne Blomberg is the restaurateur and sommelier with great knowledge and interest in food, wine and steamships.
Nibbe is our head-chef and his expertise lies in choosing the best primary produces and preparing them.
Our cooking is inspired by the archipelago and the Swedish specialities. In co-operation with you, we will create the perfect menu for your guests. |
